That being said, <a href="http://detox-resource.com/go/MasterCleanseSecrets/?tid=p11" target="_blank">Master Cleanse Secrets</a> really impressed me, especially the level of detail throughout the book.</p>
<p>I knew what the master cleanse was before I read the book, and had even completed it previously, but when I read through the ebook, I realized there were so many things I hadn&#8217;t known about it that most likely contributed to my less than stellar results.</p>
<p><strong>Easy to Understand Subsections</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>This <a href="http://detox-resource.com/go/MasterCleanseSecrets/?tid=p11" target="_blank">Master Cleanse Secrets</a> review is going to be a good one because I was very pleased with this ebook, but my all time favorite thing was the amount of variety within the subtopics. It wasn&#8217;t just the usual &#8220;this is how you do the diet&#8221; type book.</p>
<p>For example, it explained why the master cleanse was necessary and even spoke briefly about how and why toxins accumulate in our bodies. I thought this was a great thing to see, because so many times people expect us to do things without fully understanding the background behind it.</p>
<p>In addition to that, it broke things down into very clear sections. There was a section on preparing yourself, a section on easing into the master cleanse, and a section for finishing up and transitioning back to a healthy diet.</p>
<p>Many diet books focus too much on the diet, so much so that they ignore the other important aspects of it, but Master Cleanse Secrets was an all around well balanced ebook.</p>
<p><strong>Equal Focus on Weight Loss and Detoxification</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Another thing that really stood out to me about this ebook was the fact that there was an equal focus on detoxification and weight loss. Detoxification is the major result of the master cleanse and weight loss can be considered a desirable side effect.</p>
<p>Many people, however, tend to treat any information relating to the master cleanse as if the opposite were true. Master Cleanse Secrets did a great job of explaining the detoxification process, why it&#8217;s important, and how a clean body ties in to easier weight loss.</p>
<p>Then it later went into specifics for weight loss on the master cleanse. I felt like both sides had a solid amount of time spent on them without overshadowing the other.</p>
<p><strong>Relevant Bonus Material</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>If you&#8217;re familiar with ebooks like I am, then you&#8217;re probably familiar with bonus material authors put out to entice prospective customers. While that&#8217;s pretty great of them, the issue I usually have with the material is that it&#8217;s only vaguely or indirectly related to the ebook and so while it&#8217;s helpful for general information, it doesn&#8217;t help fill the need you have at the time.</p>
<p><a href="http://detox-resource.com/go/MasterCleanseSecrets/?tid=p11" target="_blank">Master Cleanse Secrets</a> pleasantly surprised me once more with the super relevant bonus material that came with the ebook. My favorite was the master cleanse activity journal, which allowed you to keep track of your drinks and supplements each day, as well as your schedule, goals for the day, and room for a journal entry.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s definitely very motivating. Aside from that, there was a cleansing you could do your body was too toxic for the master cleanse right off the bat.</p>
<p><strong>The Bottom Line</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>If you&#8217;ve been wanting to do a detoxification diet, but you just can&#8217;t imagine living on water or juice for x amount of days, today is your turn. The fruit flush 3 day detox is probably exactly what you&#8217;ve been looking for.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s only 3 days long, cleans out your body, and you can even lose as much as eight pounds.</p>
<p><strong>What It Is</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>The fruit flush 3 day detox is, simply put, a <a href="http://quitnowblog.org/" target="_blank">detox</a> diet that cleanses yours body via healthy vitamins and minerals in fruit. There are 3 days, each with their own rules about when and what to eat.</p>
<p>Looking at the name, it&#8217;s pretty clear that you&#8217;re going to be eating mostly fruit on this diet, but you do get to eat every two hours.</p>
<p><strong>Day 1</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>This is typically called the pre flush day. This is actually not a fruit eating day at all, but rather a protein day. The reason behind that is if your body takes in a lot of protein today, it will be enough to last the other two days of the fruit flush diet.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s important because it prevents the body from using muscle for protein and allows it to burn more fat. This pre flush day also allows your body to get used to a decrease in calories as well as allowing for slight detox, which will hopefully reduce the detoxification symptoms you may get.</p>
<p>At any rate, here&#8217;s what you do. From 8 am to 4 pm, you drink one protein shake every 2 hours. You drink one glass of water every hour after you drink a protein shake. It would basically look like this. 8 am, protein shake; 9 am, water; 10 am, protein shake; 11 am, water, etc until you get to 4 pm.</p>
<p>At six o clock, you get to eat some actual solid food. 3 to 6 ounces of very lean meat or scrambled egg whites, along with 3 to 6 cups of mixed salad with one half teaspoon of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. An hour later, drink a glass of water. And that&#8217;s it. You&#8217;re done.</p>
<p><strong>Days 2 and 3</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>These are the days you see why this diet is referred to as a fruit flush diet. Day two is the day actual detoxification begins. Instead of protein today, you&#8217;ll have 1 serving of fruit every two hours from 8 am to 4 pm and one glass of water each hour after having a piece of fruit.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll have to be careful when choosing the fruit that you know the correct serving size. For example, the serving size of a pineapple varies. It&#8217;s either a cup in chunks, or one slice that is 3/4 of an inch thick.</p>
<p>With most fruits, 100 ounces is considered a serving, so if you have a food scale, you&#8217;ll have an easy time of it. At six pm on this day, you&#8217;ll get that same mixed salad, 3 to 6 cups, with the olive oil and lemon juice, but instead of meat, you&#8217;ll be drinking a protein shake. 12 ounces of water with 4 to 5 scoops of a high quality whey protein powder. And, of course, the customary glass of water an hour after dinner.</p>
<p>Day three is simply a repeat of day two.</p>
<p><strong>Things You Should Know</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>When choosing your fruit, it&#8217;s best to get organic, but it&#8217;s necessary that you always get fresh raw fruit. The protein powder used for your protein shake should be free of any added sugar, carbs, or fat. A Whey isolate is probably best.</p>
<p>Finally, there are some side effects that you may get on the 3 day fruit flush diet. These are detoxification symptoms and include headaches, fatigue, and possibly nausea. Headache was the most common symptom found amongst people who did the detox.</p>
<p>Caffeine is not allowed during the detox, so you may want to wean yourself off a week prior to doing the detox, to avoid caffeine withdrawal symptoms.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>How many of us wish we could lose some weight, but don&#8217;t think we have the will power to do long term diets?</p>
<p>Or maybe we want to get rid of the toxins inside of us that have been causing us to feel tired and sick for years and years, but the very thought of drinking nothing but water or juice for weeks makes us want to faint.</p>
<p>Well, not to worry,  because there is now a <a href="http://quickdrugdetox.com/rapid-detox" target="_blank">rapid detox</a> diet for you. It&#8217;s called the fast track one day detox diet.</p>
<p><strong>How It Works</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>The name could be considered a bit misleading, since the program is technically eleven days long. That being said, the actual detox phase, which is the hardest, is only one day long.</p>
<p>Phase 1, which is often called the prequel stage, focuses on preparing the body for the fast. Phase 3, or the prequel, is basically a transitioning stage from the detox back to a normal diet. All in all, you should lose anywhere from 5 to 11 pounds during that 11 day period.</p>
<p>Not bad at all, considering that average weight loss on a long term caloric restriction plan is one and one half to two pounds a week. In addition, it provides a quick, yet intense cleansing of the body.</p>
<p><strong>Phase One</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Phase one is the preparation phase of the fast track one day detox diet. It lasts seven days. A lot of people find it stringent, but easy to follow. The requirements are the same throughout the seven days and include 2 servings of a lean meat for protein.</p>
<p>I recommend skinless boneless chicken breast, most types of fish, or egg whites for protein if you want your weight loss to be on the higher side. That said, lean pork and beef cuts are okay as well.</p>
<p>In addition to that, you&#8217;ll need to eat foods that are beneficial to the liver, at least one serving a day, but three to four is ideal. You&#8217;ll also need a food or supplement that contains a high amount of fiber. A lot of people like milled flaxseeds or psyllium  husks.</p>
<p>You can take one serving if you&#8217;re doing a supplement like the ones I just mentioned, but if you want to get your fiber naturally, three servings of certain fruits like apples or carrots will do the trick. Aside from that, you can have whatever you&#8217;d like as long as it isn&#8217;t on the no no list.</p>
<p>So what is on the no no list? That would be sugars and artificial sweeteners, dietary fats, any kind of carbohydrate that has been refined or processed, and anything that contains soy or gluten.</p>
<p>In addition, alcohol, caffeine, and over the counter drugs are off limits. If you take prescription drugs, it&#8217;s best to talk to your doctor before you start this detox plan.</p>
<p><strong>Phase Two</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Phase two is why people call this a one day detox diet. It&#8217;s also called the Main Event, as this is when the most significant detoxification will occur. You will mix a special kind of drink and alternate between that and a glass of water every hour.</p>
<p>So what is that special juice? It basically consists of cranberry juice, 100 percent natural and unsweetened, mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and feshly squeezed orange juice. Then, spices are added, including nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, and oddly enough, stevia, which is a natural herb based sweetener.</p>
<p>There are many different ways people mix the ingredients together. I&#8217;ve found that it was easiest for me to mix 8 ounces of cranberry juice with 1 freshly squeezed lemon, and one freshly squeezed orange in a small pot and then heat it on medium.</p>
<p>As soon as it looks like it&#8217;s going to start to boil, I&#8217;d put it on low and add a teaspoon of all the spices. It&#8217;s best to let it cool down. It&#8217;s also important to take a fiber supplement on this day. At the end of the day, you&#8217;re officially done with your detox. Congrats!</p>
<p><strong>Phase Three</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Phase three is the transitional phase and is going to seem quite simple after that day of detoxing. It is three days long and you&#8217;ll basically follow the exact same rules that you did in phase one, with one notable exception.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll need to make sure you eat some yogurt that has healthy bacteria in it at least once a day. Things like Activia are great.</p>

The healthy bacteria balance out your gastrointestinal system, and make sure your newly cleaned digestive tract stays that way for longer. After your three days are up, you can start eating normally again, though hopefully you&#8217;ll want to eat healthy, if you weren&#8217;t already doing so.</p>

<p>That&#8217;s why I wanted to talk about the cranberry juice detox. It&#8217;s one of the only detoxification diets that allow its participants to eat solid food, so it&#8217;s safe for virtually anyone, and the cranberry juice does amazing things towards cleansing your system.</p>
<p><strong>Why Cranberries?</strong></p>
<p>Before I get into the specifics of the detox procedures, I want everyone to know how cranberries can cause such a powerful cleansing. Firstly, cranberries are powerful antioxidants. What that means is they protect your immune system and your heart and blood vessels. They&#8217;re also considered to be anti-cancer.</p>
<p>On top of that, they reverse plaque that can form on your teeth, prevent you from getting kidney stones, and even help with urinary tract infections. As you can see, they do quite a lot, and that&#8217;s just with regular consumption. Now you can see how a cranberry juice detox might prove beneficial.</p>
<p><strong>How Does It Work?</strong></p>
<p>A cranberry juice detox diet is both very simple and very flexible, which makes it easy to follow. There isn&#8217;t really a set time period, but 2 to 3 weeks is thought to be best if you want the maximum cleansing effect.</p>
<p>The detox basically consists of drinking 3 glasses on cranberry juice a day, the recipe which I&#8217;ll get into later. You drink each glass about 10 minutes before a main meal, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner.</p>
<p>In terms of what you&#8217;ll be eating, you can eat all the fruits, vegetables, and whole grains you want, but nothing else. That means no meats, dairy products, and definitely no processed foods. And, of course, organic foods would be preferred.</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s the Recipe?</strong></p>
<p>The recipe is simple and consists of only four ingredients. You&#8217;ll need 100 percent pure cranberry juice, distilled water, apple pectin, and psyllium fiber. All of this should be easily found at a GNC, or local nutrition store. The cranberry juice is also likely to be found and an organic food store.</p>
<p>As far as the ratio, it&#8217;s one part cranberry juice to 4 parts water. I recommend 3 ounces cranberry juice mixed with 12 ounces of distilled water. One teaspoon on the pectin and fiber each should be sufficient. When you mix it all up, it&#8217;ll be about 16 ounces worth of drink, so when drunk three times a day, it comes up to about 6 servings daily.</p>
<p>In addition to  the actual cranberry juice recipe, there are certain supplements that should taken to make sure you have the most beneficial detoxification possible. There are two supplements and they are dandelion leaf capsules and astragalus capsules.</p>
<p>The dandelion leaf capsules are to be taken during the first week, two capsules twice daily for a total of 4 capsules daily. They enhance the cleansing power of the cranberry juice. On the start of the second week, you stop taking the dandelion capsules and replace them with the astragalus capsules.</p>
<p>They are also taken twice daily, two capsules at a time. The astragalus capsules help with the lymphatic system, which is connected to your immune system and how well your body fights infection, so taking them is ideal.</p>
<p><strong>Transitioning Back</strong></p>
<p>Most people will find that they are properly detoxified after week two. That being said, it&#8217;s not a good idea to just jump back to prior eating habits without transitioning.</p>
<p>Week three is thus a transitioning week. During week three, you don&#8217;t have to take any of the supplemental capsules. In fact, you can even remove the psyllium fiber and apple pectin from your mixture and simply continue drinking diluted cranberry juice. This week is also the week to reintroduce lean meats and low fat dairy into your diet. And voila, you&#8217;re done.</p>

<p>Now, it&#8217;s not impossible for these people to reap the benefits of colon cleansing, but they would need to get cleared and be closely supervised by their primary care physician.</p>
<p>People who should avoid colon cleansing or get cleared by their doctor before attempting a colon cleanse are people with active diverticulitis, tumors or cancer of the intestines, heart disease, or kidney disease.</p>
<p>These are the main types of illnesses that aren&#8217;t conducive to colon cleansing, but there maybe more so it&#8217;s important to ask your doctor first if you have any pre-existing condition.</p>

<p>It’s a lot more than lemonade and even though it’s a simple recipe, it’s also very specific, which can make it a lot trickier than most people think.</p>
<p>So, if you’ve tried the master cleanse before and didn’t get the results you wanted or expected, read along. The flaw may have been in your recipe.</p>
<p><strong>The Quantity</strong></p>
<p>This is probably one of the most important aspects on the recipe for master cleanse diet. You need minimum 60 ounces of the mixture, but don’t drink more than 120.</p>
<p>I recommend that you take in 8 to 9 one serving glasses a day. On a side note, you also need to take in a lot of water.</p>
<p>A good gauge for this is body weight. 1 ounce per pound is a good rule of thumb, so if you weigh 150 pounds, for example, you need 150 ounces of water.</p>
<p>Remember, this is a detoxification plan so you want your urine to be clear. What you definitely don’t want, on the other hand, is dehydration.</p>
<p><strong>The Ingredients</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>As I mentioned before, the ingredients themselves are pretty simple. They consist of lemons, water, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. That’s where simplicity ends, however.</p>
<p>The recipe for master cleanse requires that everything is fresh and natural. That means freshly squeezed lemons, organic maple syrup and pepper.</p>
<p>It may be tempting to use the fast and easy stuff, but here’s why you shouldn’t. Freshly squeezed lemon juice has certain vitamins and nutrients.</p>
<p>If you substitute, you may short your body of some important nutrition, something you don’t want to do, especially with something as restrictive as this.</p>
<p>Similarly, the organic maple syrup is full of nutrients and is the main ingredient in terms of what will be sustaining your body. Regular table syrup, on the other hand, is full of pretty much nothing, other than sugar.</p>
<p><strong>The Ingredient Ratio</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>You can’t just toss all of the ingredients together and call it a day. Everything has to be carefully measured out for maximum benefit.</p>
<p>The recipe for master cleanse is very exact. 12 tablespoons of maple syrup for a 60 ounce mixture, for example. Why’s this so important?</p>
<p>Look at it this way. If you used less, your body may not be getting enough nutrition, which can lead to undesirable side effects, such as brittle hair and nails. If you used too much, you might not burn any fat, which is where toxins build up.</p>
<p>In fact, if you didn’t follow the ratio, you could end up gaining weight on the diet, and although the primary function of the master cleanse is detoxification, weight loss is an often sought after benefit.</p>
<p>Aside from the maple syrup, the recipe calls for 60 ounces of filtered water, 12 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.</p>
<p><strong>The Supplementation</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Though not an actual part of the recipe for the master cleanse, supplementation can be just as important, especially mentally.</p>
<p>It can get boring drinking the same thing day after day, so it’s good to know that you can add decaffeinated herbal teas, for example, to your mixture without jeopardizing your detoxification.</p>
<p>Knowing which natural laxatives to use, as well as how frequently to use them also maximizes the benefits of the master cleanse.</p>

<p><strong>What It Is</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>The salt water flush recipe is a simple one. It consists of 1 teaspoon of sea salts mixed with 25 to 35 ounces of water, preferably warm. It works as a laxative and helps to clean out your system.</p>
<p>Since the whole point of the master cleanse is to detoxify your body, you can see why the master cleanse salt water flush is ideal.</p>
<p><strong>How It Works and Why It’s Important</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>The salt water works on your bowels, loosening the impacted fecal matter that has built up through years of consuming processed foods. It works with the master cleanse to clear your bowels so that they can begin healing, becoming more efficient in nutrient absorption and immune response.</p>

<p>Just watch for dizziness, dry mouth, and thirst, and drink 8 ounces of water if you feel one of those symptoms coming on. A less dangerous and obvious side effect is loose bowels. All that loosened fecal matter has to go somewhere.</p>
<p>For that reason, it’s best that you wait between an hour and an hour and a half before going anywhere. Another reason it’s best to do it first thing in the morning and before you go to bed.</p>
<p>One last thing to know is that for some people, low sodium diets are a requirement to their health, and so what most people would consider a normal amount of salt would be too much for them.</p>
<p>Thus, if you have a pre-existing condition or are currently taking medications, it’s best to check with your doctor before starting both the master cleanse as well as the salt flush, just to be on the safe side.</p>
